This was a complete rewire of a traditional Cornish Pub. Works included- Lighting, Power, Distribution, Lutron smart lighting, heating controls, sound system, fire alarm, security alarm, data and wifi installation, external landscape lighting, Tv installation, New National Grid supply, Ventilation and led soft lighting Power

Cornwall Airport Departure cafe

This small project was to install new lighting, power and data cables for a partial refurbishment of Cornwall Airports departure cafe. The main contractor on this project was Ben Reed of RRW Shopfitters.

Cornwall Airport External lighting

This project was to carry out a design, supply and installation of External emergency lighting around the new security building at Cornwall Airport.

Moose Toys

This project was a electrical and mechanical refirbishment carried out for RRW Shopfitters at a company called Moose Toys. Work carried out included New lighting, power points, data point alterations, use of Led colour changing tape, Installation of hand dryers and supplies, disabled alarm pull cords, and supply and termination of led neon feature lighting.

Treglos

This stunning high end development at Constantine bay comprises of 20 luxury apartments and 8 houses. Our work entails site wide distristrution, Irs system, landscape lighting, internal power and lighting, air source heat pumps, Full Mvhr ventilation, communal lighting, lift supplies, door access system, domestic and commercial fire alarm system.

Tides Reach

This project was a property that was built to a high standard by Emrose construction, our work entailed a complete electrical installation of Lighting, sockets, mvhr ventilation, wiring for cctv, security alarm, Sky tv system, Electric gate supply and comms and external landscape lighting.

No.1 Wood mine (our office)

Our office was one of five commercial buildings that we have installed distribution, high bay lighting, power, office lighting, dado trunking, full data installation, cctv (Installed by Bob Cohen-Atlantic coast coms), and Ev Charger.

Little Dolphins

This project was a knock down and rebuild of a property that was built to a high standard by Permisha homes and development, our work entailed a complete electrical installation of Lighting, power, ventilation, Air source heat pump, underfloor heating, and tv system.

Otter Cliff

This was a electrical refurbishment of the main house, new extension and new boathouse. our work entailed a complete electrical installation of Lighting, sockets, mechanical ventilation, security alarm, tv system and external landscape lighting. The main building contractor on this wonderful project was Richards Builders.

Cornwall Airport

This project was to electrical refurbish part of the Cornwall airport departure lounge bar. We worked along side RRW shopfitters who carried out the main refurbishment.

This project was a knock down and rebuild of a property that was built to a high standard by Richards builders, our work entailed a complete electrical installation of Lighting, sockets, mvhr ventilation, cctv, security alarm, Sky tv system and external landscape lighting.

Lutron automatic blind installation

Working with Intelligent Abodes to install Lutron home automated blinds in a luxury penthouse apartment.

Yeomans Truro Audi

This project was to replace and install new Led and energy efficient lighting throughout the offices and workshop areas.

St Day Football club

This project is close to my heart, The club received generous funding from the football foundation, premier league, after years of hard work from the committee, we have now tranformed our changing facilities into spacious and state of the art changing rooms for all adult and youth to enjoy. We have now started the double storey extension and machinery and terrace. 'A club for family and the future'

Home Farm

This property has been recently refurbished to a high standard by Richards builders, our work entailed a complete rewire of the main farmhouse, new oak built garden room and garage, including gate access, cctv, security alarm, and external landscape lighting.

Home located in Carbis Bay

This was a complete refurbishment of the ground floor kitchen and dining area and 2nd floor bedroom and en-suite. This job included lighting, satellite TV, data points and WiFi, underfloor heating controls and general power distribution.

This is a complete refurbishment extension and modification to this stunning property set in beautiful rural area, where we are installing high end data, comms, Lutron smart home automation. This property has had a whole house MVHR ventilation system installed and commissioned. work also included external landscape lighting, gate power and comms, underground ducting and chamber installation. External power and lighting to an external kitchen and smart control on the garden water feature.
